ICS founder Clio Grand'Pierre earned her business degree at HEC Montréal, the business school of the University of Montreal, and was recruited straight into Prudential - where she was mentored into one of the company's most successful agents. After moving to Georgia and earning her U.S. licenses, she chose independence: building a practice where recommendations serve the client, not a carrier quota.

What began with helping retirees has grown into a concierge practice serving families in 37 states - with the same promise it started with: fit the coverage to the client's budget and needs, never the other way around.
